Hi,

I need to encrypt a USB portable drive that will be used to carry data between a Windows
XP Pro machine and a Window 2000 machine.

Is EFS encryption an option? I recall reading that NTFS and/or EFS on Windows XP was
not compatible with Windows 2000. Is this correct?

Another option would be a hardware encrypted USB enclosure.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Roger
