Hi I have made a large front end/ back end database in MS Access 2003. The
back end lives on our shared drive, and the front end on the user desktop
Would it be compatable with a user that has MS 2007? I haven't touched this
version yet.
Thanks,
Varvara

Yes, its possible to have front ends of different versions reading the same
tables, I have both 2003 and 2007 users using a networked backend.

There does not appear to be any issues at the moment, either convert a copy
of the 2003 front end to Access 2007 or re-design as you wish, link the
tables and away you go.

Regards

Sorry, shouldn't have to state the obvious but just in case, issue the new
front end as a copy to each of the 2007 users of course.
