Compatibility of Macros coded in 2007

I wnat to know that if I code macros for excel or outlook in excel or outlook 2007. Will those macros compatible in office 2003 environment.

In my office I have office 2003 and I want to upgrade my home PC office from 2003 to 2007.

Since I have to develop macros also. I want to be sure that the macros developed in 2007 will work in 2003.

Please guide
