Compatibility issue of VS.NET running on WIN XP SP2

Would there be a problem if I install WIN XP SP2 followed by VS.NET 2003 ?
Heard that certain functions may not work in VS.NET. If I had already
installed WIN XP SP2 in advance, how can I get around with this ?

don't think there's such issue.
I've tried many times installing sp2 follow by vs.net 2003.

I'm using VS.NET 2003 on WIN XP SP 2 from month and I never had any problem.
