Compatibility issue with VB 5 and Access 2000

Does anyone know if Access 2000 is not compatible with VB
5 as I have just created a database and when I try to link
it in recordsource it says database name not recognised. I
can't imagine they wouldn't be compatible but I thought
I'd check. Thank you

What code are you using to create/ open the database?
