I use the 'network' version of the step-by-step
interactive training that is bundled with Office XP and
now the sound cuts out on the audio training lessons.

Even when I uninstall antispyware it retains some setting
that stops it from allowing the audio files to play. Is
this some problem with activex controls?? I uninstalled
and reinstalled and ms antispyware retained ALL settings I
had changed before I uninstalled so I guess it still sits
on your computer even when uninstalled.

Any idea how i could possibly allow the audio files to go
through? I turned off all real-time protection and still
nothing!! help!!!

There are some data files left on the machine after an uninstall. However,
once uninstalled, Microsoft Antispyware should not have any effect on
performance of your machine.

I think perhaps a repair install of the app would be appopriate--see if
there's an option in the Help section to do that.
