Are there any issues with one employee using Outlook 2007 while the rest are
on Outlook 2003?

Are there any functions that we will lose?

Thanks

Jon

I use both against the same mailbox and about the only thing that I notice
is folder views get messed up over time. Other than that, haven't really
noticed anything out of the oridinary as a show stopper.

So a 2003 user should have no issues opening and reading 2007 messages?

Correct, no issues opening/reading/replying between the two. (I tend to
stick with HTML and Plain Text message formats 99.9% of the time.)
