I am running SQL reports to bring up clients that stop using my servic
after 1 month. 600 come up. I then contact them all and then usuall
45% come back. I have no way of finding which of my 600 make up tha
45%. All this is being tracked in excel. This would be of use i
determing the value of this excercise.

example with 10 accounts:

109
103
296
968
124
612
650
972
344
535

4 come back

103
296
968
972

what function filters out the ones that came back. Remeber this i
being run on 600+ accounts.

I love this forum,

luk
