comparing strings on seperate worksheets

I am trying to write a macro that will compair one list of names to another
on a seperate worksheet. These lists will very in size with each passing
day. I have written macros in the past that would compair numbers, but i am
having an aweful time with this.

Look in the vba help index for FIND or FINDNEXT. More info?

what info do you need?

i am completely green at this, so i dont really understand what i am looking
for when i look up the "FINDNEXT" in the vba help.
