I need to select records from the output of one query that are not in the
output of another query. (Access 2003)

Hi Theresa,

make a new query

put both queries on the design screen

right-clik on your relationship line (do each one if it is a multi-field
join)

choose Join Properties

show All records from the main one and just those records from the other
where the fields match

on your grid, put the primary key of the second query (or something you
know will alwyas be filled out)

in the criteria cell --> Is Null

Warm Regards,
Crystal
