Compare several cells in row & output value for match

Hi all,

I would please need some support for the following macro: the value of
column Z in a row should be compared with the values in columns N to S in the
same row (the values to compare are dates). The output of the comparison
should be input in column T of the same row. Mismatch value = 0, match value
= 1.
