Hi, I used an excel comparator add-in with Excel 2003, (Someone at work
wrote it that has since left the company) this allowed me to compare a
column of data within a spreadsheet with a column of data in another
spreadsheet in the same, or a different workbook. I could select whether to
return 'matches' or 'non matches'. The resultant rows were then 'written'
to a new book.
Since moving to Excel 2007, it does not work. I have copied into the
correct folder and it appears on the toolbar, but when I try to run it,
nothing happens and it causes my PC to hang.
I have tried to download another 'compare' add-in, but this doesn't work in
the same way as the one I've got.
I have next to no knowledge of VB, so would appreciate any help.
