Comparable Program to GoBack for Vista?

I used to use the GoBack program on my XP computer to restore my pc to
a prior state. This was most helpful if I wanted to try a new program.
If the program did not work out I could restore the pc back to the way
it was.
Vista does not support GoBack. Does anyone know of a similar program
that does? The System Restore feature of Vista has not been reliable on
my pc. I have heard of a program called " Rollback Rx" but have not
been able to find any reviews about it.

Any ideas?

Thanks. I already use this useful program for complete system
backups. But, I was hoping to find a simpler less time-consuming utility
which would revert the system with just a few mouseclicks.
