Compaq IJ900 Prints Test Page but won't print in any program or online HELP

I hae tried all the trouble shooting suggestions I can find. Is there a
trick or an answer someone knows? I need to be able to print shipping
labels for my home business today and I am frantic and frustrated. Any
suggestions will be appreciated! Val

What operating system? What connection between the computer and the
printer?

When you say it prints a test page, is that a test page from the
printer, ie via input via the buttons on the computer. Or a test page
sent from the computer to the printer?
