Compaq dl360

About 3 years ago we purchased some HP/Compaq DL360's. Within the last 6
months, three of them are spontaneously crashing/rebooting themselves. They
are all Win2000 with sp3. They are running different kinds of software so
the only software in common is W2Ksp3. The hardware is all the same.
When the first server started experiencing this, HP told us it wasn't a
hardware issue. We have also ruled out over-heating in the rack.
Has anybody known about or had experience with this problem?
