Question:

Does the auto-accept agent come standard on Outlook 2007? I ask this
specifically because at the company where I work it is necessary to invite
conference rooms as "Resources" in order for their calendars to accept
meeting notices.

I have been told that with Outlook 2007, room profiles will accept meeting
notices whether they are invited as a resource, required or optional
attendee. Is this a standard feature or something that is configured by our
IT department?

Thanks for your help.
