Each Business Contact has a "Company Name" field. Can not BCM automatically
fill this in with the "Account Name" that this business contact is linked to
or do I have to fill this in for every contact ???

The Account Name and Company Name are different in many cases. There
was a question here just last week about multiple accounts at the same
company. That said, it probably makes sense for BCM to copy the
Account Name into the Company field when that is blank.

I understand.

When I list all my contacts from all accounts using the contacts "phone"
view, is it possible to add a column that is "Account" so I can see which
contacts belong to which accounts - I use this view to select contacts when
doing a marketing campaign.

Alternatively, is there a way to show all contacts from all accounts in a
view that are grouped by account. I saw a "grouped by" option but I wasn't
able to select it.

thanks.

In the Business Contacts folder, the View menu has an option to view
the Contacts grouped by Account.
