We have aquired a new clinic and they use Outlook. We also use Outlook. So we
are trying to figure out if there is a way to migrate their appointments into
our environment without losing or having to recreate their appointments. Does
this make sense?

We use XP and I am not sure about them at this point.

Thank you,
Lisa

you can export them and import them on the new system.

Thanks Diane, we have done that but what is ocurring is that any shared or
recurring appointments are importing as flat on the new server. We lose
all-links to attendees and recurrences. I hear that was expected to happen.
There is no way to merge (E-Mail Removed) to (E-Mail Removed) prior to
importing on new system? Some neato little application that would capture all
the dynamic stuff?
