Try the registry edit at
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/ie/iecompat.htm
Be sure to backup (export) this key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App
Paths\IEXPLORE.EXE
before modifying it.
If you have no experience with REGEDIT you should get help.
