How to compair 2-spreadsheets & find mis-matching cells ?

I need to compair 2 very complicated spread sheets and find the cells that
do not match.

Can anyone tell me a way to do this?

The cells contain text and numbers.

I use Jim Cone's Add-in called XLCompanion..........it does a super job.

I would reccomend uninstalling excel and using a database instead
