Could anyone tell me how to compact a MS Access Database,

I currently have an application that adds, romoves data from a MS Access
database Knowing the database will increase in size constantly dispite the
removal of records I was wanting to run a maintanance routing on initiation
of the application but can't find the routing to compact the database.

Any other sugestions of routines would be appreciated

Thanks in advance
