Vista x64

When inserting a CF card Vista reacts like it should. I have set to open the
folder to view.

When removing the CF card Vista doesn't automatically remove the folder
window. Is this normal?

Hi,

No, it's not normal. Does it disappear when you hit F5?

Hi Roger,

I tried the F5 key and no response.

DVD and CD windows close when removed and I do believe the function of the
CF card window closed when removed at one time. I don't know when this
problem of not closing after removal started to happen. Maybe a possible
update for Vista x64 could have caused it. I'm lost and have no idea The
system itself is extremely stable and I really love it, I've checked all
system drivers and device manager, says everything is ok.

I did purchase Adobe Lightroom to process my RAW images and it did install
an auto recognition to see if there is a card in the CF reader, this function
launches Lightroom. Maybe that caused the problem, I have to check that out.
