Hi, i need a response quickly please, not on this
computer but on another, i had three users. when i on the
computer it would be a blue screen and shut down on left
bottom, and then a logo and then three user names on the
right, then i ha to clickone o get into an account.

now if i urn on the computer, it is a blue screen, and
then just a logo, no usernames, and no shutdown option

do i have a virus?

please help!
