comp.will not defrag.

My comp. will not defrag and i have only used 6 percent of my c drive, can
any of comp. whiz out there tell what's wrong? i'm runing a windows xp pro,
with 74.5GB and 67.1GB free space.

Please provide details. What defrag program are you trying to use?
What happens when you try? If you get an error message please quote it
verbatim.
