Communication Problem

Hi,

In the System Log of our VPN server, which is a RAS
server, I saw a SRV error (ID 2012) that reads, "The
server has encountered a network error.". Eight days
proior, I had seen 4 TermDD errors (ID 50) in our Internet
gateway (RRAS) that read, "The RDP protocol component
X.224 detected an error in the protocol stream and has
disconnected the client.". Also, on both of these servers
there are alot of Browser warnings generated in the System
Log that read, "The browser was unable to retrieve a list
of servers from the browser master <Our DC> on the network
\Device\NetBT_Tcpip_". The issue that I am concerned
with, is the communication problem that we have with
Symantec. I have noticed couple of times, that our virus
definitions don't get updated during the scheduled time.
In our Antivirus server there is a LiveUpdate error in the
Application Log, that says "6004: Internal authentication
failed". However, when later I run the LiveUpdate
manually, the virus definitions do get updated. Does
anyone know what kind of network problem we have?

Thanks
