How do I get common tasks back on my Explorer page, I actually use it and
all I get when I open Explorer is the list of files. I have tried changing
it everytime I go in but it is not working. AND how do I get the common task
send by E-mail to use my Outlook and not Hotmail.

Common Tasks is only available in folder view, and not in Explorer view. IOW, the Folder pane covers the Common Tasks pane. And, the "Email this file" option uses the system default email client. You can set the default email client as MS Outlook (Control Panel, Internet Options, Programs tab)
