That branch may not exist by default, but created only when a Policy is set. Have you checked the other registry location too, as indicated in the article?

Thank you for your comment. I did what you suggested and but when I get down
to the branch ....\policies\explorer the explorer branch does not show
up. Is there a reason for this? Is there another way or a way to be able to
view this explorer branch? Thanks again for your help...
