Common runtime language?

's Computer Specifications

I keep getting this message when I open my BCM in Outlook. "Business contact
manager failed to initialize common runtime language."...
How do I fix this?

Looking at the error it seem to be .NET related , I would start by doing a
repair of all version of .NET and check if I encountered the same issue
