I keep getting the message that I have A "severe"
problem, ie WINTOOLS ( trojan). I instruct removal, it
says removed, but it keeps coming back. Anyone know how
to get rid of this?

Disable System Restore, restart in Safe Mode > open Antispyware, on the scan
page, choose Scan Options > Full System Scan scan at least two times. Also
do the same with your Antivirus utility.

Because it can restore itself with system snapshots.
