We are using Outlook 2002 through an exchange server.
i want one email address that can deliver to a common area, so anyone from
within a group of operators can access the email, and reply to it. The email
should show as read to the whole group once one operator has opened it.
Can any point me in the direction of what i should set up??

There are several ways to have a commonly accessed mail area with Exchange,
like a shared mailbox or a public folder, but I don't believe there's any
way for it to be marked read for all, since I believe the read condition is
a per-user value.
