I'm looking for a way to create a common calendar and contacts list for a
small non-profit. The 9 workstations run Office Pro on XP Pro, and are
connected to a SBS 2003 server.

Any and all suggestions appreciated.

You can use Public Folders for that. It's an Exchange functionality that
ships with SBS 2003.

OK, and thanks. Now, do these "Public Folders" need Exchange to be turned
on? IIRC, when the server was installed a couple of years ago there didn't
seem to be any need for Exchange (at that time).
