Commodore flash usb disk problem

Hi. Does anybody know where can i find the web of this item?

The problem i have is that the stick is since tow days ago only in read
state. I can´t no more write on it? I have been looking for the web of this
item but no way to find.

Anyway, does anybody knows if is there a tool which i can rebuid the stick
to its original state?
