How to change naming and numbering of comments

The number is simply the order in which you commented. The "name" is the
users initials you can alter these in Tools>options>general

What if I delete a comment. Then the numbering is not adjusted.

What if more people ad comment, but the final edition, the comments should
only look as from one person.
