I have an Excel workbook with hundreds of comments in it. When trying to
view a comment, the comment box is only a few characters wide so the
only way to view the comment is to select the cell, edit the comment and
drag the box to widen it. Very frustrating and time consuming. Is there
a way to globally widen the comment boxes?

Debra Dalgleish shares a macro solution:
http://contextures.com/xlcomments03.html#Resize

If you're new to macros, you may want to read David McRitchie's intro at:

Dave,

Having a bad Monday - never thought of using a Macro or VBA. Really
appreciate the response.
