I have been using this to transcode & copy to
DVD movies for quite a while with the TV-type
set to PAL.

This is OK except that the size of the screen
image is too small. But when I set it to the
"Country" setting then the screen is OK.

It's just like NERO to be so user unfriendly,
and I'm REALLY ****ed off about it.

I have survived to tell thee!

Probably better to tell Nero than us.

In addition to complaining to Ahead, you might also want to make sure that
the version you have is up to date (as they typically fix bugs pretty
quickly, once they know about it).

Nero doesn't seem to be too interested in fixing one big bug that I ran
across.
System has two different branded DVD/CD RW drives. Both were supplied with
Nero.
One Nero package (older ver 6 rev) will preserve operation of already
installed Nero when setup for other brand drive. Newer version 6 package
will wipe out branded drives other than the one supplied with the package.

Nero's advice is to "upgrade" to a non OEM version. (Naturally!)

I wonder if this is against some of the newer computer related laws passed
in the last couple of years or so.
