I am trying to add a comment to mulitple photos at one time. Currently, I go
into explorer, click on the photo, click on properties, then click on
summary, and add the comment which appears in the explorer. Is there a way
to add a comment to mulitple photos without having to go into each photo.

Yes...just right click a selected group of
image files and go through the following
steps.

Properties / Summary tab / Advanced button...

Select one of the five fields and begin typing.

I tried the steps - when I went into the Summary and Clicked on Advanced I
get a screen with the Property and Value - with details underneath - I
clicked on comments and nothing happened - it won't allow me to add. Do I
need a specific version of Windows. I am running Windows XP.

Apparently, you are expecting to see
the cursor blinking in the selected field.
However...it will not *appear* to be live.

Just select a field and begin typing.
