I'm curious,what type of programs are the cut,copy,paste
in windows xp are these cmd console ?

They are not programs, but functions. They are used to copy or move single
words or stretches of text from one work area to another. They can be
executed by shortcut keys (Ctrl+C for copy, Ctrl+V for paste, Ctrl+X for
cut).
