CommandBars problem

when I read the CommandBars property. there get a:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException was caught
Message="Library not registered. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002801D
(TYPE_E_LIBNOTREGISTERED))"

ErrorCode=-2147319779
StackTrace:
at Word.ApplicationClass.get_CommandBars()

I use Office XP(sp3) and Windows XP(sp3)

Is any way to work around it, need your help, Thanks!
