CommandBarPopup in Outlook

Hi, I have created a CommandBarPopup menu list and have
placed it on the menu bar of Outlook 2002. I tried seeing
if the popup has a click event handler, and upon hours of
looking cannot find one.

What I would like to do is that when the user clicks on
the popup, I would like to enable/disable list items
depending on the email item.

Am I using the right control? if not which one should I be
using, some sample code would be much appreciated also.
