When I open a word document (Word 2000) I have no command/task bar - I have
tried the ALT+V to close full screen and nothing happens - I get no response
to any Alt + - I have rebooted - I have reinstalled - Please help ASAP

Hi

Go to view, Toolbar and check the toolbars you want to show.
Other way, move mouse pointer to the toolbar where it should be, righ click
and choose personalize.
