Command Prompt Shortcut This adds an item named "Command Prompt Here" to
the context menus of folders in Windows Explorer which, when selected,
opens a command prompt window (cmd.exe) with the folder as the current
directory

Without a special program, one can add a dos prompt or other option
to context menus for all folders, All File System Objects, or all
applications using a context menu tool such as contextEdit, or
by adding the item in the registry, if one knows how and has a
brave heart!

Have a look at RJH Extensions http://www.rjhsoftware.com/rjhextensions/
It adds the DOS command and several other useful items to the context menu.
