Verify that the Path variable includes:
%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem
Also verify that the Path value type is Reg_Expand_Sz at the following
registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session
Manager\Environment
HKCU\Environment
