Command Line Starts With no prompt

My command line has started a few times without my
intervention. I'm guessing a virus. I currently use a
dial-up connection as my ADSL is down. I found one
process I didn't recognize: moonie.exe. Didn't find very
much on the internet, nor has my AVG scanner picked it up.

Any thoughts?
