Using Windows Defender, is it possible to scan just one folder or a file
using command line switches ?

I'm not sure of the meaning of the switches on MPCMDRUN.

config, 1, or 2 is how it is stated (following Scantype)

I'm not sure where "config" is set--this doesn't sound like an easy way to
do a custom scan of a particular object--and additionally, custom scans do a
quickscan first--so they don't scan "just one folder or a file."

As far as I can tell, the answer is no.
