Total Recorder somehow manages to wake XP up from hibernate at a specific
time. Can this be done in general from the command line somehow, independent
of Total Recorder?

Is there some feature allowing it that I don't know about, in other words.

Some BIOS setup menus have a setting to wake up at a certain time, but I
think that applies to "standby", not hibernate.
Turning this on would also let you use the feature in a Scheduled Task to
wake up and run some task.
