I've got a dummy .CMD file scheduled to run at 0630.

The purpose is to wake up the PC from Sleep(3).

Seems to work in that the fans start up and all, but at that
point the monitor is blank.

But the reason for the wakeup is to enable a little app called
SkypeMate that enables home phones to call out via Skype.

SkypeMate does not seem tb responsive just after wakeup. It
takes a mouse movement or striking a key to bring the monitor to
life and enable the application.

Anybody know of a command that I could put into that little .CMD
file to bring the monitor to life?

Got it. It's a little app called "FullResume.exe".
Googlable/downloadable.

Wake.cmd, then looks like this:
---------------------------------------------
"C:\Program Files\FullResume\FullResume.exe"

"C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe"
---------------------------------------------

Skype bc for some reason Skype needed to take focus before
SkypeMate would work.
