Command CUT

's Computer Specifications

The command cut appear every 30 second in my computer, and
any program. Is very annoying when I am in a spreadsheet
or any program that I have to fill information because, if
I already enter information.
I am pressing escape to get rid off the command, but
appear after 30 seconds again.
How can I eliminate this automatic command that, looks
like started after I installed the Microsoft Wireless
Optical Mouse.
Please help.

Try going to event viewer for specific details as to what its trying to run.
You might try,run,type:cmd At the curser type:cmd cut /?
