Hello,

I create and maintain a spreadsheet that many different people use
individual copies of across multiple terminal environments. In this
spreadsheets I have placed different command buttons. But for one of
terminal environments with Excel 2003 SP2 the command buttons will not
display. In the other 2 terminal environments (with excel 2000 sp3 and excel
2003 sp2) the buttons display fine. I can't seem to figure out why it won't
display in the first environment. All the buttons are enabled and have the
visibility set to true. I created the spreadsheet with excel 2000 sp3 if
that makes a difference somehow.

My question is :

Does anyone have any suggestions for things to check that might cause a
problem like I described above? or might I be overlooking something obvious?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Are you sure macro's are enabled for this user?

Yes, macros are enabled. This was the first thing that I checked as I was
sure that would be it, but unfortunately it wasn't.

thanks for the suggestion.

Check Options>View:Objects to see if Show All is checked or Hide All is
checked.

That should be Tools>Options>View:Objects

Thanks for the suggestion. I took a look there and Show All is selected.

I tried toggling them back and forth to see if that would trigger the
buttons to show up on the screen, but it didn't help.

I will keep searching thanks again.
