Command Button to email worksheets

I am trying to set up a command button that will allow me to email certain
sheets in my workbook. I have read previous posts regarding this, but most
are using outlook. Can you set it up to link with any email program? I am
using lotus notes right now and I can't get the outlook instructions to work.
I am a novice which is most of the problem I am sure. Any help would be
great!
