A very bizarre thing is happening on one of my 2000 SP3
servers - the command buffer doesn't work. Ie. when I run
cmd.exe, type any command and press Enter, then hit the up
arrow key, nothing happens. I've double-checked all the
command buffer settings (currently set at 10 commands),
and tried running doskey /reinstall /listsize=10. Any
ideas? Baffling....
